Express Birthday Supplies.com ships via United Parcel Service ( UPS) or (USPS) depending on the shipping address you provide. We normally process our orders in 1 - 3 business days. All paper products should ship out within one our three days of when the order was placed. As always please allow 6-7 business days for your order to get to you so plane ahead! Please note that a business/shipping day does not include weekends (Saturday or Sunday)or holidays. For example..If your order is placed after 12:00 pm (CST) Friday the first available ship day is Monday. ( Sending to a P.O. Box may delay delivery.) If any of our items out of stock or if there is a delay for any other reason, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to advise you. We will not accept any returned items after (Thirty Days From Original order). (Shipping charges are not refundable). Please phone customer service for an RMA number and approval, before sending product back to our facilities. **There is a 20% restocking fee for returns. Customer is responsible for shipping merchandise back to our distribution/sorting facility.
We also cannot accept any open items from their packages or any candy. All shipping prices are for the US only.
